Part Time Payroll and Bookkeeping Assistant

On a day to day basis, you will assist with the Payroll procedure for a number of clients. This will include adding new clients to the system, running end to end Payroll, processing starters and leavers, submitting pension enrolments and processing SSP, SMP and SPP.


Ideally you should have experience using BrightPay to process payroll, and Payroll Bureau experience is desirable but not essential.


This role will also require someone who has experience in a bookkeeping position. It will involve processing invoices, working to a trial balance, cash book management and VAT returns. Experience with QuickBooks and Xero is essential.


Due to the size of the business, we are looking for individuals who are team players, and will fit in with the friendly and close knit atmosphere in the office.
