What Is BrightPay Connect?

BrightPay Connect allows you to access payroll information. It gives you the ability to manage all annual leave in one place, provide digital pay slips, check payments due to HMRC, upload documents to employees, view reports & allow the access of figures to us. Payroll data is linked to the cloud so information can be viewed, backed up & restored. BrightPay Connect will save you time by reducing your administration responsibilities.

Why use BrightPay Connect?

  • Employers can update & manage data for employees through the calendar.
  • Employees can view & update their own data.
  • See an overview of all payroll information, including; notifications, employees contact details, pay slips, outstanding amounts to HMRC & reports.
  • All files will back up every 15 minutes & stored in chronological order which will be maintained to allow restorage at any time.
  • Secure access anytime to the BrightPay Connect app, which is available on smartphones & tablets.
  • Employees can request annual leave & see their remaining balance of annual leave. Approved leave is then synchronized to payroll software.
  • See records of all past & scheduled leave.
  • Documents can be shared with individuals or a whole team, as well as the ability to upload employment contracts, training records, training materials or memos.
  • Reports are fast & easy to access & can be download as a CSV or PDF.
  • Employers can view HMRC payments for the tax year & the amount due to HMRC as well as viewing P30 reports to view a breakdown.
  • You can add as many users as want with no additional cost.
